A., P.G.D.D.E., D.I.C.A.I.T., D.T.S., D.S.M., C.B.S., C.I.G., C.N.C.C., C.D.M., C.E.S., C.C.P. & C.I.A.T.R.. He is presently perusing his D. Litt. He has been a University topper for six times, University Colour Holder, Gold Medalist, State Awardee and received distinctions number of times. He qualified STET examination in his first attempt. He has remained a member of Managing Committee (General Body) of University affiliated Girls College & President of Students Organisation. He held various responsibilities i.e. Editor, Co-ordinator, Co-editor, Editorial Board Member, Editorial Advisory Board Member, Associate Editor in number of International Journals operating from India & Abroad, belonging to University, College and reputed organisation. He has a rich working experience in the field of Teaching, Research & Industry.
Dr. Sambhav was appointed as a Master Trainer for training teachers to implement Comprehensive Health Programme at National Level. He is a Member of Board of Studies (B.O.S.) in Management in the University. He is a Member of Department Research Committee to approve the Synopsis/progress reports/pre-submission of Ph. D. & M. Phil. Research Scholars and supervising number of Research Scholars for the purpose of the award of Ph. D. & M. Phil. Degree. He has acted as an External Viva-Voce Examiner for evaluation of the Ph. D. Research Work as well as Management Classes, Question Paper-Setter for University Examinations of both P.G. & U.G. classes for number of Universities, Organising Secretary for fifteen days A.I.C.T.E. sponsored Staff Development Programme held in the University, Guest of Honour, Member of Advisory Committee of National Conferences in various Management Institutes, Chairperson & Head of the Technical Sessions in different events, Member of Abstract Review Committee for National Seminar, Convener, Advisory Committee for the Seminar organised by the University and has been appointed as a Evaluator as well as Revaluator for theoretical as well as practical evaluation for Undergraduate, Postgraduate & Research Classes (Both M. Phil & Ph. D.) for number of Universities. He has acted as a Member, Flying Squad during the University Examinations in three different Examination Centres. He has acted as Resource Person for delivering Expert Lecture under EDUSET Programme of Government of Haryana, which is telecasted in all the Colleges of State of Haryana. He has delivered number of Guest Lectures in different Management Institutes. He is a Member of Anti-Ragging Squad as well as Anti-Ragging & Discipline Committee of the Institute. He has acted as an Observer, Centre Superintendent, Dy. Centre Superintendent, Head Examiner, Addl. Head Examiner & Co-ordinator for Central Evaluation Workshop.
Dr. Sambhav has acted as a Course Writer for Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for postgraduate degree in Agribusiness Management. A number of quality research publications are to his credit in both International & National Journals of repute. Based on his feedback in regard of seven glaring defects in the Sample Paper issued by autonomous organisation of Government of India, meant for Commerce students, the same is amended by the Ld. Officials concerned. During his student career he has received University Colour for One Act Play, Award for Best Student, Best Speaker, Best Participant in the Seminar, Most Punctual Student, Most Active Student, Most Disciplined Student, First Position in Project Preparation & in the Black Board Writing Competition & remained an N.C.C. Cadet (Sr. Division) & received number of prizes in Debates & General Knowledge Contests.
Dr. Sambhav has remained as a Programme Officer-cum-Member Secretary, National Service Scheme (N.S.S. Unit) & organised a Ten Days Special N.S.S. Camp & six One Day camps and received Certificates for commendable job done during Ten Days Special Camp & six One Day camps separately along with the Certificate of Appreciation for managing donation for N.S.S. Unit of the Institution. He has acted as a Subject Expert for the selection of Commerce and Economics teachers. He has prepared the detailed syllabus for a full subject for Postgraduate classes in compliance of U. G. C. guidelines.
Dr. Sambhav was invited by his Excellency, the President of India at All India Radio, to participate in a programme. He was awarded Certificate of Commendation for effective awareness programme where he acquainted N.S.S. Volunteers with 'Banking Operations' and received Certificate of Appreciation for inspiring the students to have the savings habits. He has regularly been receiving offers for writing books from the top publishing house of India and received many letters of thanks & compliments for giving valuable suggestions & commendable views concerning improvement of many leading Publications/Books.
Dr. Sambhav has practical and first-hand experience of Management as he actively participated in the business during his student career that is duly recognised by the District Industrial officer of the State Government. He has visited more than 150 educational institutions & acquired the knowledge of internal functioning of many of them.
