IJRCM journals are monthly double-blind peer reviewed refereed open access International e-Journals, which provides instant, worldwide and barrier-free access to the full-text of all published manuscripts to all interested readers in the best interests of the research community.
IJRCM does not sell published manuscripts and offers all published manuscripts free of cost to all its members, researchers, libraries, organisations, companies and universities all around the world. Open access allows the research community to view, download, print, and redistribute any manuscript without a subscription, enabling far greater distribution of an author's work than the traditional subscription-based publishing model. Authors may also use their published .pdf's on their own or institution's website. Many authors in different fields have begun to realise the benefit of open access publishing, which undoubtedly provides a much elevated impact to their work, because there is NO CHARGE at all, to access its research content.
The publication costs of a manuscript are paid from an author's research budget, or by their supporting institutions.
As costs are involved at every stage of the publication process, from submission of manuscript to its final publication involving peer-review, copy-editing, typesetting, tagging and indexing of articles, electronic composition and production, hosting the final article on dedicated servers, electronic archiving, server and website update and maintenance, supporting sales and marketing costs to ensure global dissemination and administrative and overheads, the author is asked to pay manuscript publication fee.
The publication fee is
1. For Indian authors working/studying in India: Rs. 1,450/- (1450 INR) per manuscript/paper;
2. For Foreign nationals working/studying in India: Rs. 2500/- (2500 INR) per manuscript/paper; &
3. For the authors working/studying outside India: 2800 INR [40 $ (Forty U.S. Dollars)] to 10200 INR [150 $ (One Hundred & Fifty U.S. Dollars)] per manuscript/paper
payable for manuscript ACCEPTED for publication irrespective of the number of authors in the same (i.e. Publication Fee is required to be paid per manuscript/paper and the number of authors will not affect the applicability of fees), which will be billed to the corresponding author. Additional fee of 100 INR OR 2 $ (Two U.S. Dollars) will also be charged from the author, whose manuscript is not as per the submission guidelines of the journal, well available on the website of the journal under the heading Guidelines for submission. The amount of fee charged by the journal is lower than most of the e-journals. The publication fee must be paid prior to its publication. Coloured figures etc. will not be charged extra. The article accepted for publication will be processed further, after the author has paid the publication fee.
If somebody does not have funds to pay the publication fee, he/she will have an opportunity to request the Editor for fee waiver through the Head of his/her Institution/Department/University along with the reasons, as IJRCM prioritizes worthy work to fees, however Publication fee waivers or discounts are granted in extra-ordinary circumstances, on a case-by-case basis to authors who lack funds. To apply for a waiver or discount, one can request before the submission and no such requests can be made after the submission.
Failure to pay the Publication fee or any other due fee makes a manuscript liable to be placed back under access control, losing its open access status.
